Operational Expenditure (OPEX) Solar Solutions
Our OPEX solar model offers a cost-effective way to harness solar energy with no upfront investment. Simply provide us with your rooftop, and we’ll handle the rest, including the construction and maintenance of the solar plant. You benefit from the energy generated at a mutually agreed tariff, while we manage the entire process.
O & M
Nexsun Energy’s Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services are meticulously designed to optimize the long-term value of your solar power plant assets. With a wealth of solar industry experience and 200+ MW installed capacity, we conscientiously monitor and manage solar plants to minimize downtime and increase site availability, leading to enhanced energy production, revenues, and profitability.
Our experienced Operations & Maintenance division is committed to providing comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance services for solar power plants. Leveraging our expertise, we offer monthly reports on generation and activities, project commissioning expertise, and a robust mechanism to retrieve and manage generation data. We are confident in our ability to uphold the top performance of your solar power plant, and we stand behind it with a performance guarantee.
GROUP CAPTIVE
One or more business clients can join the group as equity investors. An equity investment equivalent to 26% of the SPV project cost is required. The clients are required to collectively procure a minimum of 51% of the energy generated from the Solar Power Project.
ENERGY SALES THIRD PARTY POWER PURCHASE
The clients are not expected to make any investment in the project. HT consumers enter into a bilateral Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Nexsun to procure the required power supply at a discounted tariff based on the quantum of energy delivery agreed upon. This agreement outlines the specific terms and conditions for the supply of solar-generated power to the respective HT locations through the state DISCOM grid. A guaranteed discounted tariff is provided throughout the entire duration of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) tenure. The client can rest assured that the plant and other periodic repairs are taken care of, leaving them free from any worries.
ENERGY SALES OPEN ACCESS
Nexsun will generate solar power from its existing solar farms in Tamil Nadu with a MW capacity, as well as from new solar farms. The company has established long-term bilateral Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with HT consumers, providing an attractive solar energy tariff based on their preference for the open access model. Solar power generated from the newly installed solar panels will be efficiently delivered to consumers’ high- tension (HT) locations through the state distribution company (DISCOM) grid, ensuring a reliable and sustainable source of energy for their operations. Consumers will only be billed for the amount of power they have consumed at their respective locations. Nexsun handles the entire operation and maintenance of the plant from start to finish.
